Financings
We intend to commence full-scale profitable commercial production upon securing additional financing and expenditure of the capital needed to develop the Company’s resources and complete permitting, approvals and bonding; Major equity financing (up to $20,000,000) is being negotiated with private and corporate funding sources in North America and Europe.
Corporate Summary
USCorp, through its wholly owned subsidiaries, USMetals, Inc., and Southwest Resource Development, Inc., owns and develops mineral properties and acquires the rights to explore and mine mineral properties in the United States of America for gold, silver, uranium, molybdenum, polymetal ores and decorative rock. We have interests in five gold and silver dominant properties – the Twin Peaks project 276 Lode and Placer Claims on 5,520 acres in the Eureka Mining District of Yavapai County, Arizona; and the Picacho Salton Project consisting of five properties in the Mesquite Mining District of Imperial County, California 200 Lode and Placer Claims on 4,600 acres.
